As an Associate of the Carrier Association, you get access to our administrative support team at flat, “at-cost” rates.  We handle Bond Claims, Non-Payment disputes, and new Authority formations.

1. Revenue Recovery Assistance Packet

Don’t let a broker slow-walk your payment. We provide comprehensive administrative support to execute a 3-point recovery strategy.

• Bond Claim Filing: Preparation and submission of paperwork to the broker’s Surety Company.

• Regulatory Filing: Submission of formal complaints to the FMCSA National Consumer Complaint Database.

• Credit & Reputation Reporting: Assistance in reporting non-payment events to relevant industry credit monitoring agencies to warn other carriers.

Market Price: 30% of Invoice or $300 per hour from a Trucking Lawyer | Member Price: $125.00 Flat Fee

2. New Authority & Entity Setup

Starting a new MC or expanding your fleet? Getting the paperwork wrong can delay your launch by weeks. We handle the administrative registration process from start to finish.

• FMCSA Registration: Complete filing for your USDOT and MC Number.

• BOC-3 Processing: We arrange the filing of your Process Agents (required for activation).

• Entity Formation – LLC ONLY: Assistance with state-level LLC.  NOTE: We do not assist in the formation of Corporations (Inc).
