SECTION 1: CONTENT AND PRIVACY 1).  Content Liability: Associates are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of any content posted to the platform, including but not limited to: complaints, reviews, and ratings. Carrier Association acts as a passive conduit for the distribution of user-submitted information and does not verify, endorse, or guarantee the truthfulness of any post/report. Carrier Association assumes no liability for damages resulting from false or defamatory statements made by Associates. 2).  Anonymity Protocol: To encourage honest reporting without fear of retaliation, our system is designed to enforce anonymity. The site is private, associates only so there are no publicly visible posts/reports. There are no names linked to any post/report. Names, legal identities, and registration details are separated from the content feed. SECTION 2: LIMITED POWER OF ATTORNEY & ADMINISTRATIVE AUTHORIZATION 1).  Appointment of Agent: By subscribing to the Service and requesting specific assistance (such as HVUT 2290 filing, bond claim submission, or credit dispute facilitation), you (“The Associate”) hereby appoint Carrier Association (doing business as “The Carrier Authority”) as your limited agent and attorney-in-fact for the sole purpose of performing clerical and administrative tasks at your specific direction. 2).  Scope of Authority: This authorization is limited strictly to: a). Data entry of information provided by you into government or third-party forms (including IRS Form 2290). b). Signing and submitting administrative documents, bond claims, or dispute letters on your behalf using the data you have verified. c). Communicating with Surety companies, government agencies, or credit bureaus solely to transmit your documents or check the status of your filings. 3).  No Professional Advice: You acknowledge that the Association is not a law firm, Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or tax advisory firm. We do not provide legal representation or tax advice. Our role is strictly limited to that of a clerical assistant and document preparer. You retain full responsibility for the accuracy of all data provided and for the legal/tax consequences of any filings submitted at your direction. 4).  By Registering you agree to these Terms of Service.
